We are delighted to announce that EST has successfully won the Highways Surface Dressing Framework for North Somerset Council. The new contract will start in April 2024 and will last four years, concluding in 2028.

The single provider framework has an estimated value of £1.1m per annum and will consist of surface dressing works along with associated traffic management, road marking and road studs, and high friction surfacing. The new contract will be managed by Kevin Amos, Framework Manager and will be supported by Neil Bruton, Operations Manager and his local team, and will be overseen by EST's new Business Unit Manager Richard Cartwright.
