Eurovia UK has placed 41st on the National Centre for Diversity top 100 most inclusive workplaces in the UK!
We have been working hard over the last few years towards being a more inclusive employer. There is still more for us to do, but each year we are learning from others and creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace. The Investors in People, and Investors in Diversity frameworks have helped us immensely in shaping our approach in this area.
Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy is evolving and being informed by a range of views from people across our business to help us achieve further growth and improvements related to EDI. We hope to be celebrating a top 20 result next time!
